The Restaurant

In its spacious Louis XIV style dining room, our semi-gourmet restaurant invites you to treat yourself to a subtle and indulgent cuisine. Amongst warm, welcoming surroundings, with wooden interiors and crystal lamp fittings, discover a seasonal cuisine which revisits French classics: snails in pastis butter, fillet of veal with asparagus, grilled zander fillet, wild mushrooms in pastry... And why not finish your meal on a sweet note with one of our unique and exquisite desserts?


The Wine cellar

Accompanying dishes with elegance and finesse or with vim and temperament, our Alsace wines can cleanse the palate or fill it with a thousand aromas. We suggest you celebrate this variety with a Riesling Prestige or a Gewurztraminer Prestige from the Cleebourg cellars. If you prefer wines from other regions of France, we offer wines from the Rhone Valley, Burgundy, Bordeaux or Languedoc-Roussillon.
